Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Primary National Curriculum.
Create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
Adapt teaching to meet the individual needs of all pupils.
Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
Promote positive behaviour and maintain high expectations in the classroom.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
Has experience teaching within a UK primary school.
Is confident teaching across different primary age groups.
Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
Is passionate about delivering engaging and inspiring lessons.
Is enthusiastic, reliable, adaptable, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for every child.
Possesses excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
