Are you passionate about helping children learn, grow, and succeed? We are looking for a caring, motivated, and enthusiastic Primary School Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team in Lincoln. Your Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to provide high-quality support for pupils across the primary age range. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting teaching and learning in the classroom through engaging and interactive activities.

Working with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning and build confidence.

Assisting children with varying learning needs to access the curriculum effectively.

Encouraging positive behaviour and helping to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.

Preparing learning resources and supporting classroom organisation.

Monitoring pupils' progress and sharing observations with teaching staff.

Promoting children's wellbeing, independence, and enjoyment of learning throughout the school day.About You

The successful candidate will:

Be enthusiastic, patient, and committed to supporting children's learning and development.

Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and a proactive approach to supporting classroom activities.

Have GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics at Grade 4/C or above.

Previous experience working with primary-aged children is desirable but not essential.What We Offer
