Manufacturing & Operational Excellence Consultants 

the organisation have been engaged by a world-leading management consultancy firm, who specialise in holistic transformation projects, to find their next generation of leaders. They specialise in longer-term projects across Supply Chain & Operations, Manufacturingand Digital Transformation and are currently hiring across all practice areas.

I'm looking for strong Manufacturing & Operational Excellence professionals, either with existing consultancy experience (for more senior positions) or with strong blue-chip experience (more junior level positions) to join their rapidly growing team. Thebusiness has a global footprint with offices all over the globe, but these roles are aligned to their London HQ. Typically you would spend 50% of your time travelling to client site, with the other 50% either office based or working from home.

The key skill areas they're seeking:

- Strong analytical skills for manufacturing process design/redesign.
- Performance optimisation & the ability to drive organisational agility.
- Establishing resilient manufacturing networks, optimising make vs buy strategy.
- Project Management & delivery of improvement programmes.

What you will need to bring:

- Excellent academic background, with a 2.1 degree (or equivalent) from a leading university.
- Demonstrable experience driving change within a blue-chip firm or a management consultancy.
- Highly adaptable, innovative and pragmatic approach to change projects.
