Successful central London based PR Consultancy firm are currently recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner/People Manager to join on a 12 month FTC (maternity cover). You will join a team of two within an established HR team reporting into the Head of People. The ideal candidate will have 5 years HRPB/People Management experience within a corporate sector, CIPD qualified and used to working in a fast-paced sector. You will join a diverse, sociable organisation that values well-being, the role offers hybrid working with four days in the office, hours are 9-6pm.Key duties:Managing employee relations issuesProviding HR support / coaching to line managers to assist with career progression planningOnboarding, recruitment, creating, amending contracts and assisting with headcount planningUpdating HR systems and databases, creating high level HR reports using HRIS and ATSProject management of new HR systems and proceduresAssisting Finance with payrollActively assisting with performance reviews and supporting managers Ideal candidate:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsUsed to working in a fast-paced environmentEntrepreneurial with a commercial approachPersonable, approachable and professionalAn interest in current affairs, media and politics is beneficialIdeally knowledge of Belgian and / or US employmentThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to secure a long term contract
