• Up to date DBS or on the update service desirable.

Qualifications
An Interim HR Business Partner should have:
Experience working in the Education sector essential.
Responsibilities
Operate as a strategic and operational partner to your client group.
Provide advice and guidance to the wider organisation.
Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Support with any HR initiatives.
Identify key challenges including performance issues.
Be responsible for projects including workforce planning, talent management, engagement, and retention.
Lead on organisational change, including restructures.
Manage complex ER casework
Support on policy and process improvement.
