Bristol (Hybrid) £15.00 - £18.00 per hour (depending on experience) 6-8 Week Temporary Assignment NetSuite Experience Essential

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to join a specialist business operating within the renewable energy and environmental technology sector. This innovative organisation is experiencing a period of growth and requires temporary support to assist with a backlog of invoices and ensure supplier payments are processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable process for a high volume of supplier invoices
• Processing and coding invoices accurately within NetSuite
• Matching purchase orders, invoices, and goods received notes
• Investigating and resolving supplier queries and invoice discrepancies
• Monitoring supplier statements and reconciling accounts
• Preparing and processing weekly payment runs
• Supporting month-end activities, including accruals and reporting
• Assisting with process improvements and ensuring compliance with internal controls
• Liaising with procurement, operations, and finance teams to resolve issues promptly

About You

• Previous experience in a Senior Accounts Payable or Accounts Payable Supervisor position
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite is essential
• Comfortable managing large invoice volumes in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
• Strong communication skills when dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders
