RMN / RNLD Senior CHC Reviewer

Complex Care & High-Cost Package Reviews 300- 330 Per Day Outside IR35 Remote

12-Month Contract August Start

iGo Recruitment is supporting a specialist healthcare consultancy delivering a major Continuing Healthcare transformation programme.

We're looking for experienced RMNs and RNLDs to join a specialist review team responsible for reviewing some of the most complex and highest-cost Continuing Healthcare packages in the UK.

This is not a standard CHC Assessor role.

The focus is on reviewing existing packages of care, producing evidence-based recommendations, supporting commissioning decisions and helping ensure care remains clinically appropriate, outcome-focused and financially sustainable.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting complex CHC assessments and reviews
• Reviewing high-cost packages of care
• Producing detailed clinical reports and recommendations
• Supporting package redesign and commissioning decisions
• Working closely with ICBs, Local Authorities, providers and multidisciplinary teams
• Assessing risk, need and ongoing eligibility
• Supporting funding and care planning decisions
• Delivering high-quality work within a quality-focused review programme

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
• Current NMC registration
• Continuing Healthcare (CHC) assessment and review experience
• Experience managing complex cases
• Excellent report writing and clinical reasoning skills
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams

Highly Desirable

• High-cost package review experience
• Package redesign experience
• Section 117 review experience
• Mental Capacity Assessments
• ICB, commissioning or complex case management experience
