Practice Nurse, Bolton

Are you suitable?

Here at Chase, we must ensure that all our nurses have previous primary care experience and are confident in at least 2 of the following skills:

• Cytology (Updated within the last 3 years)
• Chronic Disease Management
• Child Immunisations
