Mandarin Speaking Warehouse Operative

Location: Birmingham, B11
Pay Rate: 12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

We are currently recruiting for a Mandarin Speaking Warehouse Operative to join a busy and friendly warehouse team based in Birmingham (B11). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a stable, full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Order picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Loading and unloading goods safely
• Operating a pump truck to move stock around the warehouse
• Using handheld scanners for stock control and order processing
• Working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin speaking skills (essential)
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
• Experience using handheld scanners and/or WMS systems is advantageous
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
