Hoist Operator / Slinger (CPCS A20)

Location: City of London (Excellent transport links)

Position: Temporary Contract

Start Date: Immediate

Rate: From 20/hr under CIS or Umbrella

The Role

We are looking for a reliable, team-oriented Hoist Operator & Slinger for a high-profile site in the City of London.

Working closely with the contractors team, your main responsibility will be slinging, slinging safely, and lifting roofing materials up to the roof level using our newly installed electric hoist. You'll be the critical link on the ground, ensuring materials arrive safely and on time so the onsite roofers can distribute them smoothly and keep the project moving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely attaching and slinging various roofing materials for vertical lifting.
• Operating the electric hoist in strict accordance with site safety protocols.
• Communicating clearly with the roofing team at height.
• Working collaboratively as part of a close-knit, fast-paced onsite team.

What We Need From You:
CPCS A20 Ticket (Hoist Operator) is essential.

Proven experience as a Slinger / Signaller with a strong understanding of safe lifting procedures.

A great attitude towards teamwork and site safety.

Reliability! we need someone who turns up on time and is ready to get stuck in.
