Shuttering Foreman / Supervisor

Location: Coventry

Rate: £300–£350 per day

Contract: Long-Term

Start: Immediate

Ridgeway & Co are currently recruiting for an experienced Shuttering Foreman / Supervisor to join a leading civil engineering contractor on a long-term project in Coventry.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong shuttering/formwork and carpentry background who can lead site teams while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

*

Supervising shuttering and formwork operatives on site

*

Leading daily briefings, toolbox talks and task allocations

*

Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line with programme

*

Coordinating labour, plant and material requirements

*

Ordering materials and monitoring site productivity

*

Maintaining quality standards and ensuring work meets specifications

*

Liaising with the Site Manager and wider project team

*

Managing site documentation and ensuring health & safety compliance

Requirements

*

Previous experience as a Shuttering Foreman or Shuttering Supervisor

*

Strong background in formwork, shuttering and carpentry

*

Black CSCS Card (preferred)

*

SSSTS or SMSTS

*

First Aid at Work

*

Excellent leadership and communication skills

*

Experience on civil engineering or infrastructure projects is desirable
