Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic technology leader to join our public cloud platform team as a public cloud platform Sr Architect for a Permanent Position. This role will be pivotal in building and delivering public cloud platform cloud capabilities and solutions to internal and external clients ensuring the successful transformation of legacy platforms and workloads into robust, scalable, and modern cloud-based workloads and services. Reporting to Director of public cloud platform, this role will be responsible for leading development, sales, solution and delivery of public cloud platform
Cloud capabilities. You will lead a team of Sr. Cloud Architects and Engineers to build and deliver public cloud platform Cloud platform capabilities ensuring high availability, security and efficiency for our customers. This role will be accountable for ensuring delivery excellence and providing thought leadership to Our customer’s executive and technical leadership.
Required Skills
Expertise and in-depth knowledge of public cloud platform Services, including cloud compute service, container orchestration platform, cloud data warehouse, cloud storage service and Networking
Experience with Infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as infrastructure automation tooling, configuration automation tooling
Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks like ITIL
Experience with DevOps tools and deployment patterns
Strong understanding of High Availability and Multi Region Architectures
Hands on experience in Data and Application Migrations to public cloud platform
Proven scripting experience in languages like python, go, etc...
Deep understanding of Agile methodology
Well-informed of multiple development/scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Ruby, Python and server-side runtime is desirable.
Good understanding in design and implementation of production infrastructure as code solution using one or more tools: infrastructure automation tooling, deployment packaging.
Hands-on experience / Knowledgeable of public cloud platform data and visualization services (such as, cloud data warehouse, Spark, business intelligence platform, data visualisation service, data processing service, serverless cloud service).
