Our client, a leading charity, is currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused 1st Line IT Support Officer to join a busy and collaborative team on an ongoing contract basis. This role offers fantastic hybrid working and is ideal for someone immediately available who is looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
A key focus of this post is to support the efficient running of the organisation's IT and CRM function, as well as facilities-related activities. You will act as the first point of contact for all IT queries, providing day-to-day support to employees while liaising closely with our onsite and offsite IT provider and external suppliers.
The organisation primarily works with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft-based systems, so strong experience in this environment is essential.
You will report to the Senior IT Manager and work collaboratively with colleagues across all levels of the organisation.
