Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Tower Hamlets to recruit a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term role starting in September 2026.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a genuine passion for working with children, particularly those with SEND
• Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic
• Is a recent graduate considering a career in education, psychology, or speech and language therapy, or someone with relevant experience
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Is reliable, proactive, and keen to make a real difference
• Previous SEND experience is desirable but not essential
