Are you passionate about helping children with additional needs achieve their full potential? Spencer Clarke Group is expanding its network of SEN Tutors across Warrington to deliver high-quality 1:1 tuition and educational support through local authority and school-funded programmes. This is a flexible role where you'll work with pupils outside of mainstream education, delivering sessions in homes, libraries, and other suitable community settings.

• Deliver engaging 1:1 tuition tailored to each learner
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual SEN needs
• Support pupils to improve confidence and academic progress
• Build positive relationships with pupils and families
• Provide feedback following each tutoring session

• SEN or SEND experience
• Autism (ASC) and ADHD
• SEMH support
• EHCP-funded provision
• Functional Skills
• GCSE Maths and/or English
• Behaviour support and learner engagement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
