Position: EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Start Date: September 2026
Pay Rate: £95 £120 per day DOE

Cover People are working in partnership with a welcoming primary academy in North Manchester to recruit an enthusiastic EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant for September 2026. The Role:

• Support teaching and learning within the EYFS classroom
• Deliver engaging activities that promote learning through play and exploration
• Work with individuals and small groups to develop early literacy, numeracy, communication, and social skills
• Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support every child's development
• Assist with observations, assessments, and classroom preparation

We're Looking For:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working within an EYFS setting
• A sound understanding of the EYFS Framework
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping young children flourish during the earliest stages of their education
