Interim Isolation Manager Long-term temporary and ongoing, full-time starting September 2026

As the Interim Isolation Manager, you will oversee the school's isolation provision on a daily basis, ensuring that expectations and behaviour standards are maintained consistently.
Students may be placed in isolation due to:
- Internal suspensions
- Removal from lessons following refusal to comply with staff instructions
- Failure to attend after-school detentions
Duties as Interim Isolation Manager:
- Supervising the isolation room throughout the school day
- Maintaining a calm, purposeful, and highly structured environment
- Ensuring students adhere to school expectations and procedures
- Monitoring student behaviour and engagement with set work
- Liaising with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and senior leaders
- Building positive professional relationships with students while maintaining clear boundaries
- Supporting students in reflecting on behaviour and making positive choices
