Qualified Social Worker, Complex Care Team, Wakefield Council Pay rate to £35 per hour Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work in a Complex Care Team in Wakefield Council. This role involves working with children and young people aged 0-18 who have complex health needs and disabilities. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, including Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Children in Care (CIC), while also working closely in partnership with the Short Breaks Team.Don't forget, if this role isn't the perfect fit, we're confident we can find one that is.
