Job Description

Our client BAE Systems, a prominent organisation in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a Senior Technical Services Engineer (CAMO Engineer). This is a contract role based full-time onsite at Warton, dedicated to ensuring high standards of technical support within the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing expert technical services and support to maintain airworthiness standards

Monitoring and assessing airworthiness data and documentation

Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

Collaborating with engineering teams to address and resolve technical issues

Conducting thorough inspections and audits to uphold safety and reliability

Documenting and reporting on technical findings, actions, and recommendations

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the technical services team

Offering technical guidance and training to junior engineers and other staff

Job Requirements:

Extensive experience in airworthiness and technical services within the Defence & Security sector

In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements

Proven ability to analyse and interpret technical data accurately

Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment

Relevant degree or qualification in engineering or a related discipline

Full-time onsite role based in Warton

12-month contract position

37 hours per week
