Job Title: Flexible Teaching Assistant
Location: Swansea
Start Date: September
Salary: £14.25 per hour, paid weekly

We are looking to recruit a Flexible Teaching Assistant on a part-time basis starting in September. The successful Flexible Teaching Assistant will work across a range of primary age groups, providing classroom support, delivering small group interventions and supporting children with ALN, while adapting confidently to different school environments.

The successful Flexible Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children within a primary school setting
• Experience supporting pupils with ALN
• A positive, flexible and proactive approach to supporting learning
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their best
