£130 - £145 per day (depending on experience, qualifications and the role)

Are you completing your teacher training this summer and looking for your first role as an Early Career Teacher (ECT)? Many of our partner schools have extensive experience supporting ECTs, providing mentoring, structured induction programmes and ongoing professional development to help you thrive.

• Teaching within EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your strengths and school requirements.
• Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed.
• Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
• Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
• Completing your ECT induction in a supportive long-term role where applicable.

• Holds, or is due to achieve, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by Summer 2026.
• Is enthusiastic about making a positive impact in primary education.
• Has strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Is flexible, motivated and eager to continue developing professionally.
• Maintains high expectations for behaviour, learning and achievement.
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
