Job Description
Our Watford based client is a trusted global SaaS organisation providing integrated solutions to some of the world's most dynamic industries. Within its expert services team, there is a need for a hands‐on individual with a comprehensive set of skills combining solution architecture, customer engagement and project management. This is a formidable toolkit in any industry but within ITSM, it requires a broad range of experience. I am seeking someone with an indepth understanding of the ITSM landscape and the ability to work at the intersection of clients and third‐party suppliers to design and deliver integrated and advanced service management frameworks. The successful candidate will translate unique business needs into operating models built for scalability, compliance, and enterprise‐wide agility - but without ever losing sight of the long term value for the customer.
The role
Design, architect and implement ITSM solutions that integrate seamlessly across the organisation and third‐party environments
Translate business needs into robust, scalable service models
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive efficiency and innovation
Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and service‐quality standards
Contribute to pre‐sales activities by defining solution scope, estimating delivery effort, and providing expert technical insight.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in integration, automation, and SaaS, bringing fresh, forward‐thinking ideas into every project
Build long term relationships with clients
Take full ownership for project delivery
This a hybrid role, so you must be willing to work remotely.
The requirements:
Demonstrated experience in solution architecture, ideally within ITSM and systems integration environments.
Skilled in leading complex projects, coordinating across functions, managing stakeholders, and maintaining full delivery accountability.
Deep understanding of managed service delivery, with a focus on long‐term client value and life cycle optimisation.
Clear, confident communicator - able to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences.
Analytical and systems‐minded, capable of designing scalable, future‐proof solutions rather than short‐term fixes.
If you are an e xperienced service management architect / ITSM Solution Architect and you are looking for the organisation to innovate, the support of a collaborative team, and the stability of a well‐established business committed to doing things the right way, then we need to speak.
