Overview

Denholm Industrial Services is currently recruiting Part 2 Scaffolders and Advanced Scaffolders for ongoing work on major marine and defence projects in Plymouth.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with a leading industrial services provider, supporting high-profile projects within the defence sector. We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious scaffolders who are committed to delivering work to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently.

* Work in accordance with design drawings and site specifications.

* Ensure all work complies with current Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.

* Carry out inspections of scaffolding where appropriate.

* Work effectively as part of a team to deliver projects safely and on schedule.

* Maintain a clean and organised work area.

* Attend daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inductions.

* Report any defects, hazards or safety concerns immediately.

What We're Looking For

Part 2 Scaffolder

* CISRS Part 2 Scaffolder Card.

* BPSS Clearance or current SC Clearance.

* Experience working on industrial, marine or defence projects is desirable.

* Strong commitment to safe working practices.

* Reliable with a positive attitude and good communication skills.

Advanced Scaffolder

* CISRS Advanced Scaffolder Card.

* BPSS Clearance or current SC Clearance.

* Experience on large industrial or marine projects.

* Ability to work independently and lead scaffold teams where required.

* Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation.

Pay Rates

Part 2 Scaffolder

* Basic: £20.54 per hour

* Weekday OT1: £26.70 per hour

* Weekday OT2: £32.86 per hour

Advanced Scaffolder

* Basic: £23.85 per hour

* Weekday OT1: £26.70 per hour

* Weekday OT2: £38.16 per hour
