SENCO - SEND School Greenwich

£200-£250 per day

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated SENCO looking to make a real impact?

We're working with a specialist SEND School in Greenwich that is urgently looking for an motivated and inspiring SENCO to join their dynamic team.

What you'll be doing:

Lead the strategic development and delivery of SEND provision across the school

Coordinate day-to-day SEND support and ensure effective provision for all pupils

Ensure compliance with SEND Code of Practice, legislation and inclusive practice

Support and advise staff on high-quality teaching strategies for pupils with SEND

Monitor pupil progress, analyse data and drive improved outcomes

Oversee EHC plans, interventions and targeted support for individual needs

Lead, develop and deploy SEND staff, including training and performance input

Manage relationships with parents, carers and external agencies to support pupils

Maintain accurate records, assessments and SEND administration systems

Promote safeguarding, inclusive practice and a safe learning environment for all pupils

What we need from you:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)

Previous experience in a SENCO role in a SEND provision

Hold the NASENCO qualification

Experience of working with children and young people with SEND
