Cover Supervisors - Secondary SchoolsLocations: Prestatyn, Llangollen, Flint, Wrexham, Ruthin, Wirral & Chester

Are you looking to gain valuable classroom experience or take the next step in your education career?Reed Education are proud to be working in partnership with a range of welcoming and well-regarded secondary schools across North Wales and the North West, who are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join their teams.

We are currently recruiting for a variety of opportunities including day-to-day supply and short-term assignments for sickness cover.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring a productive learning environment
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials across a range of subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Support students to stay engaged and complete set work
• Build positive relationships with students and staff

What we're looking for

• Experience working with young people (education or transferable settings)
• Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A proactive and adaptable approach to working across different subjects
• A genuine passion for supporting students and education

(A degree is essential)
