1:1 Teaching Assistant - Primary School - Enfield - September Start - Full Time - Long Term - 90- 110 Per Day (depending on experience)

• 1:1 Teaching Assistant required in Enfield
• 1:1 Teaching Assistant required to start in September
• 1:1 Teaching Assistant required to support a Year 5 pupil with ASD
• Previous SEN experience is essential

The Role - 1:1 Teaching Assistant

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a Year 5 pupil with ASD, providing consistent support throughout the school day. You will help the pupil stay focused in lessons, encourage positive behaviour, and promote both academic and personal development. Working with the class teacher and SENCO, you will follow tailored support plans and adapt your approach to meet the child's individual needs. The ideal candidate will be patient, enthusiastic and confident supporting children with complex needs. Previous experience working with pupils with ASD or other SEN is essential for this role.
