About you - Teaching Assistant - Kettering, Northamptonshire

• Experience working within a primary school setting
  Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
  Experience supporting pupils with SEND is advantageous
  Confident delivering small group interventions and 1:1 support
  Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  Works effectively as part of a team and uses initiative when required
  Flexible for adhoc supply and/or committed to long-term roles
  Professional, patient, and passionate about supporting children's development
