Cover Supervisor (Sefton & Southport)
In Partnership with The Supply Register & Our Trust Schools

Are you confident working with young people and looking to gain valuable classroom experience in a supportive secondary school?

• Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher

• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring students remain on task

• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Supporting students with their learning during lessons

• Creating a positive and focused learning environment

• Working closely with teaching staff and the wider school team

• Experience working with young people or in a school setting is desirable

• Confident managing a classroom and maintaining positive behaviour

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Flexible, reliable and professional

• Interest in education or a future teaching career
