Empowering Learning are proud to be working in partnership with a nursery in Guisborough, and we are currently seeking passionate, dedicated Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistants to join these fantastic settings.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of children in an early years setting

Delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework

Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

Building strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers

Observing, tracking, and recording children's progress

Essential Requirements

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential)

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)

A genuine passion for working with young children

Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
