SALES DESK REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED Salary: From £13.50 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am-5:30pm Location: Hayes, MiddlesexThis is a long term temporary position.HRGO Recruitment are looking for a reliable and experienced Sales Desk Representative to support out client in Hayes. You will be responsible for assisting with over-the-counter sales and walk-in customers. The role mainly involves selling products to customers, maintaining the showrooms appearance and supporting day-to-day dispatch and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:- Serve customers face-to-face and build strong relationships and rapport.- Quickly develop a good understanding of product ranges and pricing.- Maintain a tidy, organised, and professional working environment and showroom.- Assist with sales enquiries, order processing, end of the day, and general administrative duties such as filing etc.- Provide excellent customer service at all times. Essential requirements:- Previous experience in retail or face-to-face sales is essential.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to learn product information and pricing quickly.- Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently.- Punctual, reliable, and professional.- Enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to personal and career development,- Must be able to use the calculator to work out best on the spot pricing.
