Plumber / Heating Engineer

The Role

Service and maintain commercial and domestic plumbing systems
Work on HIUs, district heating, and plant room maintenance
Carry out plumbing repairs and installations in flats and tower blocks
Covering South the organisation and surrounding areas

Requirements

NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing
Experience with commercial and domestic systems
Knowledge of district heating / HIUs
Full UK driving licence

Package
£58,000base + £7,000call-out retainer
1 in 5 call-out (£540 standby + x1.5 Mon-Sat / x2 Sun, door-to-door)
Overtime available (average £7k+ per year)
Weekly PAYE pay
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Pension scheme (3% employer / 5% employee)

£58,000 - £65,000 /annum van, holiday, pension, OT, call out
