Pay: £13.43 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm
Shift: 10:00pm 6:00am

Are you looking for a hands-on role with the opportunity to secure permanent employment? Our client is recruiting Metal Finishers to join their busy production team in Sittingbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy practical work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

As a Metal Finisher, you'll play a key role in the galvanising process, helping to prepare, treat, and inspect metal products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing metal components for the galvanising process
• Safely operating production equipment and machinery
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials using safe manual handling techniques
• Carrying out quality checks and reporting any faults or defects
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environments is advantageous
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
• Able to follow instructions and work well within a team
• Flexible with shift work and committed to high standards
