We're working with a fantastic network of welcoming Primary Schools across Cardigan and Pembrokeshire and are looking for passionate, enthusiastic teachers who want to make a real difference in the classroom.

Whether you're an experienced teacher, an ECT starting your career, or returning to teaching after a break, we'll take the time to understand what you're looking for and match you with schools where you can thrive.

As a Primary Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to teach across the Foundation Phase, KS1 or KS2, delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity, confidence and a love of learning.

You'll be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales.
• Creating a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
• Helping pupils achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.
• Adapting learning to meet individual needs, including supporting pupils with ALN.
• Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Maintaining high standards of classroom management and behaviour.

We're keen to hear from teachers who have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Recent experience teaching within a Primary School.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• A positive, adaptable and professional approach.
• A genuine passion for inspiring and supporting young learners.
