Empowering Learning are recruiting! Are you an experienced Primary Teacher looking for your next role in Newham, London?

Empowering Learning are currently recruiting for an energetic and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join this lovely primary school in Newham from September 2026. This is a full-time, long-term position until the end of the academic year with the possibility of becoming permanent. The role is working in a mixed class with Reception/Year 1. The school are looking for a teacher with strong subject knowledge and experience of supporting children with additional needs.

The 1.5 form entry primary school is in the heart of Newham with excellent transport links. The school has been graded by Ofsted as 'Good' and are recognised for the good quality of education in the school.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Hold QTS status.
• At least 2 years' minimum experience working as a qualified teacher.
• Experience of supporting children with SEND.
• Sound knowledge of the British curriculum.
• This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
• Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained.
• You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
