Academics is working in partnership with a leading specialist school in Aylesbury to recruit a dedicated Maths Teacher for a long-term assignment, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role

• 160- 220 per day (dependent on experience)
• Full-time, long-term opportunity
• Leading specialist SEN setting in Aylesbury
• Opportunity to secure a permanent position
• Small class sizes with excellent classroom support
• Deliver engaging Maths lessons tailored to individual learning needs
• Work alongside an experienced and supportive leadership team

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience teaching Maths
• Holds QTS or is an experienced unqualified teacher with a strong SEN background
• Has experience supporting students with Autism, SEMH, MLD or other additional learning needs
• Is confident managing behaviour and adapting lessons to meet individual needs
• Is passionate about helping every learner achieve their potential
