Role: SEN Teaching Assistant.

Location: Sutton Coldfield.

Start Date: September 2026.

Salary: £92 to £100 per day.

About the role

Vision for Education is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to work full time within a Primary School based in Sutton Coldfield, starting September 2026.  This is to work with a pupil in KS1 on a 1:1 basis.

Requirements

To apply for this Teaching Assistant role in Sutton Coldfield , you should have:

Previous experience supporting pupils in a primary school or educational setting, or a relevant qualification such as Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant.

A genuine interest in supporting children’s learning and development.

Have or be able to obtain a DBS Certificate registered to the update service.

Be able to gain at least two relevant references covering the last 2 years.

Confidence assisting with individual and small-group learning activities, including supporting different learning needs.
