Pay: £105 -£140 per day (depending on experience)

The Role

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom. Working closely with teachers and school staff, you will:

Support children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 with their learning activities.

Work with small groups and individual pupils to build confidence and promote progress.

Assist children with additional learning needs where required.

Help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.

Encourage good behaviour and positive social development.

Prepare classroom resources and support day-to-day classroom organisation.

Promote pupil wellbeing, independence and a love of learning.

We Are Looking For

Passionate and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with children.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A patient, nurturing and positive approach.

The ability to work effectively as part of a school team.

GCSE English and Mathematics (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.

Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
