Pay: £100 - £117 per day

A specialist school in Greenwich is seeking a Complex Needs Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This rewarding opportunity is perfect for someone who wants to make a genuine impact by supporting pupils with a range of additional and complex learning needs.

The Complex Needs Assistant will work closely with pupils who may have autism, physical disabilities, communication difficulties, or profound and multiple learning difficulties. The successful Complex Needs Assistant will provide tailored support to help pupils access learning, develop independence, and build confidence.

As a Complex Needs Assistant, you will:

Support pupils with a range of complex and additional needs

* Assist students with learning, communication, and social development

* Help implement personalised learning and support plans

* Promote independence and confidence wherever possible

* Build positive and consistent relationships with pupils

* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals

The school is looking for a patient, caring, and dedicated Complex Needs Assistant who is committed to supporting children with additional needs. Previous experience within SEN, care, support work, healthcare, or education would be beneficial but is not essential.

You will be joining a highly supportive team where the Complex Needs Assistant will receive ongoing training, guidance, and opportunities to develop specialist SEN skills.

This role is ideal for graduates or individuals interested in careers in education, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, psychology, nursing, or social care.
