• Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across GCSE English, helping learners achieve their full potential.
• Support a diverse cohort of learners, including those with EHCPs and additional learning needs, using adaptive teaching strategies.
• Plan and deliver well-structured lessons, develop schemes of work, create learning resources, and carry out assessments in line with curriculum requirements.
• Monitor learner progress and provide effective feedback to promote achievement, retention, and positive outcomes.
• Contribute to internal quality assurance processes and work collaboratively within the English department.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for a new Enhanced DBS.
