• Previous SEN experience is essential

The Role - 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant

As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide individual support for a Year 5 pupil with SEMH, helping them access learning and encourage positive behaviour during the school day. Working alongside the class teacher and SENCO, you will deliver tailored interventions and adapt learning activities to meet the pupil's individual needs. The ideal candidate will be caring, patient and understanding, whilst having previous experience supporting children with SEN in a primary school setting.
