📍Location: Cambridge

💷Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

⏰Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm (40hrs a week, fully office based no work from home)

🌟 Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual ready to make an impact in the healthcare sector? Our client is seeking a super organised Administrator to join their team on a 12-month contract. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting a team, we want to hear from you! 🌟

Responsibilities:

Inbox Management: Monitor the admin team inbox, responding to and signposting emails promptly.

Communication: Answer incoming calls with professionalism, providing information and taking messages from patients and customers.

Patient Engagement: Greet patients and visitors warmly, update appointment diaries, issue paperwork, and ensure their comfort.

Appointment Booking: Schedule appointments for both Private and national health patients, liaising with referring consultants for progress updates.Skills Required:

Must have office based administrative or coordination experience.

Excellent team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Reliable and flexible with exceptional time management skills.

Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with admin and clinical teams.

Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple requests.

Professional and polite telephone manner.

Strong ICT skills, including data inputting and proficiency in Microsoft packages.

Outstanding organisational skills, maintaining concentration and accuracy. Benefits:
