Field Service Engineer - Sutton (OTE £72k+)
Full-time | Permanent | Company Van + Fuel Card + Training
Salary: £41,000basic, increasing with progression - realistic OTE up to £72,000+
Hours: 40-48 per week, shifts between 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm (Monday-Friday, plus alternate Saturdays)
Location: Sutton and surrounding South the organisation areas
Holidays: 29 days, increasing to 31 after one year
Licence required: Full clean manual UK driving licence

We are looking for Field Service Engineers to join our growing team in Sutton, providing installation, maintenance, and technical support for our award winning alarm systems.

What You Will Be Doing

• Visiting customers across Sutton and South the organisation
• Installing and maintaining the organisation's security systems
• Diagnosing issues and delivering effective, “first-time-fix” solutions
• Walking customers through how to use their system confidently
• Managing your own stock, van, and schedule efficiently
• Delivering first-class service every time

What We Are Looking For

• Strong English communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
• Confidence using hand tools and ladders
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work independently
• Full clean manual UK driving licence
• Passion for technology and learning new skills
