Rather than spending evenings planning lessons or marking books, you'll be delivering work that has already been prepared by the class teacher. Your role is to maintain continuity of learning, support pupil engagement and manage behaviour effectively so every lesson remains productive.
What you'll be doing You will supervise whole classes, explain lesson expectations, monitor progress, respond to questions where appropriate and ensure pupils remain focused throughout the school day.
