As a Secondary Teacher working with Tradewind Recruitment, you'll deliver engaging lessons that inspire students and make a positive impact on their learning. • Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student can succeed.
• Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
• Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and promote positive learning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and senior leaders.
• Contribute positively to the wider school community.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children and young people.

To be successful, you'll have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within UK secondary schools (ECTs are encouraged to apply).
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A flexible, professional and enthusiastic approach.
• A genuine passion for education and helping young people reach their full potential.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• The right to work in the UK.
