Cover Supervisor - Amersham, Buckinghamshire

A range of educational settings are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to support pupils across Amersham, Buckinghamshire. Opportunities are available within Primary, Secondary, SEN and Alternative Provision environments, offering flexible working patterns to suit experienced education professionals looking for day-to-day, short-term or longer-term assignments.

The focus of this Cover Supervisor role is delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining positive behaviour and ensuring pupils continue to make progress while their usual teacher is absent. With planning and marking already completed, you can concentrate on high-quality classroom delivery and building positive relationships with learners.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Experience working with children or young people is essential. Subject specialist opportunities are also available for candidates with particular curriculum strengths. Successful applicants will demonstrate excellent classroom management, adaptability, confidence leading groups and a genuine commitment to supporting learning.
