Job Description

We are assisting our client with their search for a long term freelance Logistic Manager to join their team on their project located by Hyde Park Corner.

The project is an £100m + CAT A commercial office fit out which will involve increasing an existing building by three floors along with a full refurbishment to the ground floor retail units.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning and coordinating deliveries of materials, tools, and equipment to site

Liaising with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely procurement

Managing site logistics, including storage, laydown areas, and access routes

Arranging transport, scheduling, and tracking inventory to avoid delays or shortages

Ensuring all logistics activity complies with health & safety regulations

Monitoring logistics costs and negotiating with suppliers/carriers

Working closely with project managers and site teams to keep the project on schedule

Troubleshooting delivery or supply issues as they arise In order to apply you must have an in date, CSCS card, first aid and SMSTS.
