Nursery Room Leader - Southampton Full-Time, Part-Time & Flexible Opportunities

As a Nursery Room Leader, you'll take responsibility for creating a safe, engaging and stimulating environment where children can learn and develop. You'll lead by example, support fellow practitioners within the room and work closely with parents and colleagues to deliver high-quality early years education.

To be considered for this Nursery Room Leader role in Southampton, you'll need a recognised Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification as a minimum. Previous experience working within a nursery setting is essential, and experience leading a room or mentoring other practitioners would be highly beneficial. A good understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding responsibilities and child development is also important.

You'll also need an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through Academics.

Working hours take place during normal nursery operating hours and may vary depending on the setting.
