A global media publishing business in the organisation requires an accomplished commercial lawyer with in-house experience, to join the legal team on a 12-month FTC basis. Reporting into the VP for Legal, you will negotiate and review a broad range of SaaS, licensing, procurement and other technology focused agreements.
Further, you will support in relation to intellectual property and data protection queries as they arise, working closely with the likes of sales, procurement and media rights teams. You will go into the Central the organisation's offices twice a week in a hybrid set up.
This position will suit a commercial lawyer with in-house technology or media sector experience, but lawyers from other industries will also be considered. Lawyers qualified in major common law jurisdictions are encouraged to apply, with an experience level of 4+ PQE given as guidance. the organisation is unable to offer visa sponsorship.
