We are seeking passionate and professional Waiters to join our opening team and play an important role in delivering an exceptional guest experience from day one. About the Role

As a Waiter at the organisation, you will be an ambassador for both The Langham and Sale e Pepe brands, providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personable service to every guest. You will work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure that every visit reflects the quality, style, and warmth that define Italian hospitality.

About You

• Previous experience as a Waiter or Server in a premium or high-volume restaurant
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Immaculate presentation and attention to detail
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings
• Proof of right to work / pre-settled or settled status in the UK

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding level of service with professionalism, charm, and attention to detail
• Welcome and engage guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience from start to finish
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain strong menu knowledge, including daily specials and wine pairings
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints with confidence and care
• Assist with table setup, cleaning, and maintaining the restaurant’s appearance throughout service
• Uphold company standards, health and safety practices, and hygiene procedures
