We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team on a part-time, early morning basis. Perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on food prep work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
• Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
• Hours: 2: 00am - 6: 00am (4 hours per shift)
• Contract: Seasonal 
• Start date: Immediate

Requirements

• Previous experience in a commercial or production kitchen (preferred)
• Able to work quickly and accurately under time pressure
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and happy with early morning shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, baguettes, wraps and salads to specification
• Support daily food preparation and packing
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Assist with general kitchen duties as required
• Work efficiently and accurately within a small team
